We will kick off with oracle card readings that offer concrete yet philosophical advice on exactly how to do this.

There will be an exhilarating breathwork session (no, it’s not pranayama) that will take you on a wild journey back to yourself.

And then we will teach you easy intuitive journaling techniques that will draw out epiphanies that surprise you. (Wait, that was inside my brain?)

Throw in a little energy healing to bring in good vibes, and that’s one Thursday night well spent.

In this unique workshop, health coach Neelam Daswani of Pure Health kicks off by sharing ways to optimize our health through physical practices such as better sleep, mindful eating and nutrition, and exercise – working smarter, not harder.

Then, using oracle cards and channeling, Good Peoples' Christina Ko uses intuitive techniques to support participants in understanding what our bodies want us to know right now. Through breathwork, journaling and introspection, we will further release limiting beliefs that are preventing us from reaching optimal physical health.
